The Thrift Store gratefully accepts the following clean, new or gently used items in good condition. 
Due to limited space – seasonal items only

 

 

Clothing Prom and Bridal Dresses Shoes/Boots Handbags

Luggage Jewelry Collectibles Vintage Items

Hand Tools Seasonal Decorations Halloween Costumes Sporting Equipment

Artwork (less than 36”) Sheets, Towels, Pillow Cases Tablecloths, napkins, placemats

Books – Hardcover and Paperback CD’s and DVD’s

Housewares – dishes, flatware, pots and pans, bakeware, glassware, cooking utensils, lamps, small kitchen electrics (toasters, coffeemakers, etc.), decorative items, vacuum cleaners

 

 

Note: 

* Religious items like Crosses, Crucifixes and the like are provided to our customers free of charge.

* Toys:  due to space limitations in our retail store, we do not sell toys; we pass them on to the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court #2521, who sell them at their yard sales and the Our Lady of Victory Church Bazaar. 

 

At times, we may limit or refuse acceptable items.  We have limited storage space and must follow safety guidelines for our volunteers. 
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sewing Machines Rugs China/China Sets

 

Unsorted Cleanouts of Homes and Apartments

Unsold and Pre-Priced Yard Sale Items

Unused/unopened cosmetics, food, health supplements, over the counter pharmaceuticals

   Due to health and liability concerns:

Child Car Seats Cribs Baby Carriers Electric Blankets

Humidifiers Ski Equipment Bicycle Helmets Batteries

Hazardous Materials Paints and Stains

 

 

 

1. We are not licensed to accept items with fiberfill, including:

Comforters Quilts Mattress Pads Quilted Pillow Shams

Crib Bumpers Sleeping Bags Pillows (bed and decorative)

Stuffed Toys or Decorations

 

Your Donations make it possible for SVdP to help 150 adults and children each month
in Centre County.
